Note: Parents of selected candidates for Class I (2026-2027) are advised to submit the Permanent Education Number (PEN) from the previous school, if not already submitted. Admission will be confirmed only after receipt of the PEN and verification of the details reflected therein.

Admission guidelines

Important Dates

• Admission Process Begins: 3rd February, 2026
• Last Date for Submission of Admission Form & Documents: 13th February, 2026
  No applications will be accepted after the last date.

Fee Structure

• Admission Fee: 25,000/- (One-time, non-refundable)
• Caution Money: Rs. 15,000/- (Refundable)
• School Fee: Rs. 25,830/- per quarter
• Total Fee Payable at the Time of Admission: Rs. 65,830/-

Note: No fee is applicable for EWS students.

Documents Required

The following documents must be submitted at the time of admission:

• Permanent Education Number (PEN) of the student (To be obtained from the previous school)
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of Aadhaar Card
• Two Passport Size Photographs (If not submitted at the time of registration)
• Income Certificate (Only for EWS students)
• Transfer Certificate (TC) (Mandatory to be deposited by the second week of April 2026)

Mode of Payment

Fees can be paid through any of the following modes:

• Online UPI
• Debit Card / Credit Card
• Net Banking
• Offline through Demand Draft

Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of “St. Stephen’s School, Chandigarh”

Important Note

Parents of selected candidates for Class I (2026-2027) are required to submit the Permanent Education Number (PEN) from the previous school for admission confirmation and ensure the details are verified. They are also advised to check the allotted time slot on the website against their ward’s name and adhere strictly to it.
