Uday Memorial Debate Competition was conducted with great intellectual fervour and enthusiasm on April 23 in St. Stephen’s School .Various prestigious schools participated in the competition, exhibiting remarkable eloquence, analytical aptitude, and persuasive articulation. The event commenced with a gracious welcome address by the Principal, Mr Barry Francis, who warmly greeted the participants and dignitaries.The debate revolved around the thought-provoking topic, “Governments should impose a ‘Digital Screen Time’ limit for minors to combat the rising mental health crisis.”
The esteemed judges, Mrs Maninder Pama and Mr Samar Pratap Singh, meticulously evaluated the contestants. The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by the Principal, Mr. John Xavier.
