Gurnoor Singh of 3A Our Roller-Skating Champ
Gurnoor Singh student of 3-A grabbed two gold medals in the Chandigarh State Skate Roller Skating Championship held from 23 Dec to 25 Dec 2011 at KBDAV School Sector-7 Chandigarh.
Talented Gurnoor Singh won his first gold medal in under-4 category and till date he has won 24 gold medals, 10 silver medals and 10 Bronze medals in different Championship held in Chandigarh, Panchkula and Mohali.
Gurnoor Singh started his sporting career at the age of 3½ years and won laurels in Rink Races and Road Races. He has a big dream of making it to the top in the priority list of sports persons.
He puts in a lot of effort in the game to achieve his goal after school hours.
ICSE INTER SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY NOV. 2011
St. Xavier's Sr. Sec. School, Sector 44C, Chandigarh organized ICSE Inter School Cross Country Race at village Kot Billa near Ramgarh (Panchkula). Around 100 students from various schools of the Tricity took part in the 8 km Cross Country Race. In the boys category, Kailash Tamang of St. Stephen's School, Chandigarh bagged the bronze.
In the girls category Aditi Pandey of St. Stephen's School, Chandigarh bagged the silver and Ayeesha Studely. St. Stephen's School, Chandigarh bagged the bronze. St. Stephen's School lifted the Overall Champs trophy.

ADITI PANDEY
Aditi Pandey has won laurels for St Stephen's School-45-B. In all the four events of the 'artistic' category she was adjudged the best all-round gymnast during the Inter-School Gymnastic Tournament (girls under-14) at the Sector -7 Sports Complex. She scored an aggregate of 29.70 points.
Aditi won floor exercise, table vault, uneven bars and balance beam events with 7.90, 10.70, 3.90 and 8.10
points, respectively.
