The only reason for division of students into Houses is to give every student an opportunity to think beyond the regular ongoing courses. Our Jupiter House truly works to inculcate the importance of extracurricular activities in the life of its students. Our students secured first position in the Inter-House Singing Competition and Dance Competition. Archisha, the nightingale of Jupiter House has won laurels with her exceptional skills of being a musician herself and won first prize in Inter House Western Singing Competition. Rutvi Chahal of class 9E has left the audience spellbound by her graceful classical dance movements time and again.
Various dwelling talents were seen in debates, declamation and sports. Kavya of class 10D stood first in 100 mts. race. Jasmeet of class 10A was declared winner in shot-put on the Sports Day held this year. Mohammad Talib, Saksham and Aditi Pandey won first prizes in their respective events. Aditi Pandey of Class 7-D won three gold medals and two silver medals in gymnastics at the state level. With his fine expertise on the striker in carom Mohammad Talib won scholarship in Junior National Carom Championship.
Team spirit was seen in the Jupiter House during the Morning Assemblies also all the assemblies have set a bench mark and left the students to imbibe various moral values.
Not just the students, but the work and dedication of the teachers towards the house has been highly commendable.
